Giampaolo, who represents the fourth generation of the farmers of the Tabarrini family, is a passionate and eccentric winemaker, master and architect of this uncompromising and developing project.
Tenuta di Castellaro was born from the careful selection of native grape varieties from the Aeolian Islands and the restoration of land that had long been abandoned.
