1. What makes Bella Puglia Tours different from other agencies?
At Bella Puglia Tours, we go beyond travel planning — we create once-in-a-lifetime journeys with the warmth and authenticity only true locals can provide. Every itinerary is tailor-made and personally curated by our founders, who hand-select trusted partners across Puglia and Italy to ensure the highest standards of luxury and care.
What truly sets us apart is our dedication to protecting our guests. Sadly, tourism scams and disappointments are all too common in Italy. Our mission is to change that by giving you peace of mind, transparency, and genuine local hospitality. With us, you’ll discover the real Puglia — safe, authentic, and unforgettable — as we work to elevate it into Italy’s next great luxury destination.

2. How do I book a trip?

Getting started is simple. Begin by reaching out through our inquiry form or email, and we’ll arrange a complimentary consultation call to understand your vision. From there, our founders will craft a personalized itinerary tailored just for you.

If you decide to move forward, a 30% deposit secures your reservation, and the remaining balance is due 60 days before your tour begins. From the very first conversation, you’ll feel the peace of mind that comes from having every detail handled with care.

3. Do you offer refunds if I need to cancel?

Yes, within our cancellation policy:

  • 90+ days before the tour: refund of 20% of the total trip cost (deposit retained).
     

  • 90–60 days before: deposit retained, no further refund.
     

Less than 60 days: non-refundable.
We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. What is included in the price?

Each itinerary is custom-built. Typically, prices include accommodations, curated experiences (wine tastings, guided tours, chef experiences, transfers), and on-the-ground support. Exclusions usually include international flights, some meals, personal expenses, and local city/tourist taxes.

5. Can you arrange flights?

We currently do not book international flights, but we can recommend trusted partners. Once you confirm your flight details, we will coordinate all on-the-ground logistics.

6. Can you customize trips outside of Puglia?

Yes. While our heart is in Puglia, we collaborate with select partners across Italy (Amalfi, Tuscany, Piedmont, Sicily, and beyond). For multi-region itineraries, we’ll design a seamless journey.

7. Do you offer corporate or group travel?

Yes. We create bespoke experiences for corporate retreats, private celebrations, weddings, and family reunions. These packages are customized to your group’s size and preferences.

8. Is Bella Puglia Tours insured and licensed?

Yes. Bella Puglia Tours LLC is a registered travel company in the U.S. We also work exclusively with vetted, licensed providers in Italy.

9. What about dietary restrictions or accessibility needs?

We will communicate your needs to our partners (restaurants, chefs, hotels). While most requests can be accommodated, some experiences in historic or rural areas may have limitations. Please inform us at least 30 days before travel.

10. Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. We strongly recommend (and may require) proof of travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and supplier default. This protects your investment and peace of mind.

11. How do payments work?

  • 30% deposit at booking.
     

  • Balance due 60 days before tour start.
     

Payments via credit card or bank transfer. Currency exchange and bank fees are the client’s responsibility.

12. What if something goes wrong during my trip?

Our team provides 24/7 support while you travel. For medical or urgent issues, we also coordinate with local hospitals and emergency services.
